Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer drone coverage?
Yes! I am a certified FAA Part 107 licensed pilot and every package includes spectacular drone footage!
Do you travel? What is your business policy for travel expenses?
Yes, of course! For weddings 50 miles outside of Canton, GA I charge the state mileage rate for driving travel. Depending on the distance of the wedding venue, I may require a hotel room. For out of state weddings that require flights, I will always require hotel, car rental (to get around to venue and bridal/grooms parties), flight and baggage expenses to be paid for. I mainly fly Delta and Southwest Airlines for baggage/equipment purposes. I’ll choose the flights and hotel and will send you an invoice for the cost before booking both. I always welcome communication for full transparency and understanding, so we can hop on a call or email about this in detail to make sure everything aligns and is set up properly!
How many videographers do you have on your team?
I’m a solo videographer, but if additional videographers are wanted, we can always talk about what that price would change to and what that would all entail.
Do you require a contract? What is your deposit and payment schedule?
To secure your date(s) on my calendar, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are necessary. This process is conveniently managed online, allowing you to access your documents throughout the duration of your project. Additionally, should you prefer a hard copy, printing options are available for your convenience.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and credit card payments. All payments will have a 4% sales tax applied and if paying with a credit card there will be an additional 3% processing fee.
What is your turnaround time for my wedding film?
Typically 4-6 weeks or rarely up to 8 weeks. This is all depending on my workload. This is a general turn around time, but I will always keep you in the loop and let you know if I will have it done earlier (which is always my goal). Communication is key!
